What is Lua Script?
- It is a lightweight, significant level, multi-worldview programming language planned essentially for implanted use in applications. It is cross-stage, since the translator of accumulated bytecode is written in ANSI C, and Lua has a generally straightforward C API to insert it into applications.
- Lua is planned, carried out, and kept up with by a group at PUC-Rio, the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. It was brought up in Tecgraf, earlier the Computer Graphics Technology Group of PUC-Rio. It is presently housed at LabLua, a lab of the Department of Computer Science of PUC-Rio.
- “It” (articulated LOO-ah) signifies “Moon” in Portuguese. Thusly, it is neither an abbreviation nor a condensing, yet a thing. All the more explicitly, “Lua” is a name, the name of the Earth’s moon, and the name of the language. Like most names, it ought to be written in lower case with an underlying capital, that is, “It”. Kindly don’t compose it as “This Script”.
